Subject and acceptance

  1. These terms are a public offer. The Client accepts it by creating an Order and ticking consent to these terms and the AML / KYC / KYT policy.
  2. The agreement is in force from Order creation until the Order is completed, cancelled or refunded.
  3. The Service may amend these terms. A new revision applies to Orders created after it is published; earlier Orders follow the previous revision.
  4. The Service is not a bank, payment system or credit institution and does not hold Client funds longer than needed to complete the Order.
  5. Personal data is processed under the privacy policy.

Directions, rate, limits and reserve

  1. The Service exchanges USDT TRC20 and USDT BEP20 for rubles paid out to a Russian bank card or via SBP.
  2. The Rate is locked when the Order is created for 30 minutes. The Service fee is included in the Rate; there is no separate payout fee.
  3. The Client pays the Network fee for sending USDT. Exactly the Order amount must arrive at the Order address — account for the fee of the exchange or wallet you send from.
  4. Minimum and maximum amounts and the current reserve are shown in the calculator on the home page. Orders above the reserve are not accepted.

Exchange procedure

  1. The Client selects the Network, payout method and amount, enters Payout details and e-mail, and creates the Order.
  2. The Service provides an address and the exact USDT amount. The address is valid only for this Order and only on the selected Network.
  3. The Client sends USDT in a single transaction before the Rate lock expires.
  4. After Confirmation the Service automatically sends rubles to the Payout details. The Order status is shown on its page and sent to the Client's e-mail.
  5. The Order is completed when the recipient bank has accepted the transfer to the Client's Payout details.

Timing

  1. Network Confirmation usually takes 1 to 10 minutes.
  2. The payout after Confirmation usually takes 5–30 minutes. The standard payout deadline is up to 2 hours.
  3. The deadline may extend to 3 business days if the recipient bank reviews the transfer, an AML check is under way, the Network is congested or maintenance is in progress. The Service notifies the Client of any delay.
  4. An unpaid Order is cancelled automatically when the Rate lock expires.

Non-standard payments

  1. If a smaller or larger amount arrives, several transfers arrive instead of one, or payment arrives after the deadline, the Order is not executed automatically and is passed to an operator.
  2. At the Client's choice, the operator recalculates the Order for the amount actually received at the Rate at the time of recalculation, or refunds USDT minus the Network fee.
  3. USDT sent on another Network or as another token may be lost. If a refund is technically possible, the Service will make it; the Client bears the refund costs.
  4. To speed things up, send support the Order ID and the transaction hash (TXID).

Payout details and payout

  1. The Client is responsible for correct Payout details. A transfer to wrong details entered by the Client may be irreversible.
  2. We recommend using your own Payout details. The Service may ask the Client to confirm ownership of the details.
  3. If the bank does not accept the transfer, the Service informs the Client that the payout was not completed and offers to provide other details or to refund USDT minus the Network fee.
  4. A payout accepted by the recipient bank is final; the Service cannot recall it.

Refunds

  1. Refunds are made in USDT on the same Network to the address the Client provides to support, minus the actual Network fee.
  2. Refunds are made within 48 hours after the address is received, unless the Order is under an AML check.
  3. Rubles already sent to the Payout details are not converted back to USDT.

Restrictions and refusal of service

  1. The Service does not serve US citizens or tax residents, or Clients from restricted jurisdictions listed in the AML / KYC / KYT policy.
  2. The Client confirms that the funds belong to them, were obtained lawfully and are not connected with criminal activity.
  3. The Service may refuse an exchange without giving reasons and refund the USDT received minus the Network fee, except in cases described in the AML / KYC / KYT policy.
  4. The Service may suspend an Order for an AML check and request documents from the Client.

Liability

  1. The Service's liability is limited to the amount received under the specific Order.
  2. The Service is not liable for delays by banks, payment systems or blockchain networks, for Client errors in Payout details, address or Network, or for consequences of the Client sharing their data with third parties.
  3. Neither party is liable in case of force majeure: bank or Network failures, government decisions, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond their control.
  4. The Client pays any taxes arising in their jurisdiction.

Requests and disputes

  1. Support works around the clock: on-site live chat, Telegram and support@jetbot.site. The site and JETBOT Wallet share one support team.
  2. Include the Order ID, and the transaction hash (TXID) if the question is about payment.
  3. We reply within an hour. Claims are reviewed within 5 business days.
  4. Disputes are resolved through support. The Client and the Service act in good faith and seek to settle disagreements by negotiation.

Security

  1. The Service never messages clients first in messengers (Order status e-mails go only to the address in the Order), never asks to send money to other details, does not lend money, does not accept donations and never asks for passwords, SMS codes or seed phrases.
  2. Official channels: jetbot.site, the on-site chat, Telegram support, support@jetbot.site and the @jetpaycryptobot wallet. Messages from other addresses in our name are fraud.
  3. Never pass third parties' money through your cards or accounts for a fee: the card owner may become an accomplice to a crime.
  4. Before paying, check the site address in your browser and the amount, Network and Payout details in the Order.
